Not everyone is living the same war.

That being said, I am sure there is some poor shlub guarding a pile of sandbags up some valley watching the helos fly back to major bases each day figuring we are just dilettantes.

Everything is relative I guess...

I know they don't belong there, but isn't that helicopter missing 6 or 7 miniguns with dotted lines coming out of them? Also, there's a meet and greet on thursday for the new yoga instructor. BE THERE

How did you know about the yoga class?!?!?!?!

Miniguns don't make dotted lines... they make solid ones.

One i have been that asshole out in indian country watching the birds fly over. However the 58 guys were the only guys i have ever had almost knock my dome off with a skid and were also willing to put themselves in front of infantrymen and medevac birds. Also, i have been the guy who came in from three weeks on patrol in indian country only to have some dick wad wake me up after i just fell asleep (first time to sleep in 3 days) and tell me the Battalion commander is pissed and i have no excuse as to why im not participating in the Thanksgiving day football game. Fucking POGs... I dont know how people consider half of what goes on over there combat. I know so many clowns that have gotten combat action/infantry badges because a mortar landed on their 25 sq km somewhere and they have never seen the gate, much less Iraq. Damn it you got me started. Alright dude. We may consider you guys dilettantes, but i have yet to find an infantryman that doesnt love helicopters in all their forms.
